Welcome 2012!

2011 has been a fulfilling and fruitful year for Handmade Link.

Besides participating in fairs such as Shop @ British Club, Christmas Fair @ Raffles Town Club, Fancy Faire @ Orchard Hotel and The Fair @ Goodwood Park Hotel, we also joined the PaTH Market @ VivoCity (organized by Social Innovation Park) and took part in a couple of office bazaars.

We were also grateful to be able to work with a bunch of creative children, committed mothers and devoted teachers at the Autism Children’s Centre (Simei) (later known as ACC) and kind volunteers. They drew beautiful pictures on bags which were well-liked by many people and close to 70% of the bags were sold. With the sale of these bags, we made 2 donations to ACC, during Children’s Day and Christmas.

In the new year (2012), we look forward to:

-          Exploring with more organizations to bring a wider range of products to you, thereby helping more women to improve their lives.

-          Participating in different events with themes such as sustainability and social enterprises, etc.

-          Working with ACC to bring the beautiful works of the children to you.

-          Sharing with and giving back what we can to others (e.g. donating to ACC).

Give us your support, by staying tune to our updates on our website and Facebook page, visiting us at the various fairs/events, thinking of us and, of course not forgetting to buy from us when you need something and giving us your comments/feedback. Feel free to email us at info@handmade-link.com.

HAPPY 2012!
